By creating an account and using the East Texas State Fair app, you agree to the following terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and approved by the East Texas State Fair to use this app as a volunteer.
2. Accurate Information
You agree to provide truthful and accurate information during registration and to keep your profile up to date.
3. Appropriate Use
The messaging and feed features are for volunteer coordination only. Harassment, spam, or inappropriate content will result in account suspension.
4. Hour Tracking
You agree to check in and check out honestly. Falsifying volunteer hours may result in removal from the program.
5. Notifications
By enabling notifications, you consent to receiving shift reminders, hours updates, and committee announcements.
6. Intellectual Property
The East Texas State Fair app, its design, and content are the property of the East Texas State Fair. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app.
7. Limitation of Liability
The East Texas State Fair is not liable for any damages arising from use of this app, including data loss or service interruptions.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
